Shipping Policy

At SIATREX, we understand how important it is for hunters and outdoor explorers to receive their gear quickly and reliably. We work with trusted carriers and local fulfillment centers to ensure a smooth delivery experience across the United States and Canada.


Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship within the United States (including the 48 contiguous states) and Canada.

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and remote Canadian regions may require additional transit time or incur extra shipping fees. If this applies to your order, our customer service team will contact you before shipment.


Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day; orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, most orders are delivered door-to-door within 3–5 business days.

  • Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier-related delays beyond our control.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with major, reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post to ensure safe and trackable deliveries.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status in real time.

  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: All orders over $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $10 USD applies to orders under $100 USD.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to oversized items or deliveries to remote locations.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, SIATREX is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier and ensure a resolution.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working to expand our shipping network and will update this policy once additional regions are supported.
