A: Orders are shipped from our local warehouses in the USA and Canada and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Orders over $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $100 USD have a flat $10 shipping fee.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote Canadian regions?
A: Shipping to these areas may take longer and could incur additional shipping fees. Our team will contact you if this applies.
2. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all related shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
