Returns & Refunds Policy

At SIATREX, we stand behind the quality of our hunting gear and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in new, unused condition, with original tags, packaging, and all accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items such as final sale products, customized gear, or gift cards are non-returnable.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at 📧 service@siatrex.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

Please do not return items without prior authorization, as this may cause delays in processing.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or an error was made on our part.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all related shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error made by SIATREX.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely.
