The SIATREX BINO-X 2-in-1 Magnetic Closure Binocular Harness with Bear Spray Pouch combines the BINO-X binocular harness with a modular Bear Spray Pouch, giving you quick access to your optics while keeping bear spray secure and within easy reach. Its magnetic closure provides fast and convenient access while keeping your binoculars securely stored.
Made from durable 500D Cordura® nylon, the BINO-X is built to handle demanding outdoor conditions while helping protect your gear. Its ergonomic design keeps your binoculars comfortable and within easy reach, while the Bear Spray Pouch mounts securely underneath the harness without interfering with binocular access.
Solo Carry or Integrated with SIATREX Packs
Equipped with ergonomic straps, the BINO-X can be worn on its own or seamlessly integrated with the SIATREX APEX 5000 Expedition Pack or Scout 1800 Daypack. Our BINO-X is designed to fit most 10x42 binoculars, but if your 10x40 binoculars need a little more depth, we understand the issue.
Thanks for sending the photo as well. We’ll take a closer look at this and see what we can do to improve the fit.
Hard to find a better value for your dollar out there. The quality of the materials is good.
My criticisms are:
1. There's a small internal mesh pouch that holds a silk lens wipe. This is a good idea, but the pouch snags the binos on the way in which is annoying.
2. I have range finding binos which are a bit thicker. They do not fit nicely in the harness. I hope the harness loosens off with use. Right now, it's hard to get them in and out because the space is narrow.
3. There is not a good system for keeping the excess webbing. By the time I got the harness tightened to fit, I had a foot of excess webbing at all 4 clips that just hangs down even after doubling it back through the buckle and using the elastic keeper.
