The spacious hand-warming compartment provides a comfortable place to keep your hands warm while keeping your gear organized. Its compact, streamlined design helps reduce unnecessary bulk while keeping warmth close at hand.

Front & Back Zippered Pockets

The Hand Muff features a zippered pocket on both the front and back, providing convenient storage for hand warmers and other small essentials.

Place disposable hand warmers inside the zippered pockets to add extra warmth when temperatures drop, while keeping them securely in place and easily accessible.

Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day.

Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Time

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, SIATREX cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend shipping to a secure delivery location whenever possible.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be in new, unused condition, with original tags, packaging, and all accessories included.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Certain items such as final sale products, customized gear, or gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team at 📧 service@siatrex.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

Please do not return items without prior authorization, as this may cause delays in processing.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all related shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
