DESCRIPTION

The SIATREX BINO‑X is engineered for hunters who demand quick access, all-day comfort, complete optical protection, and modular expansion. With its MOLLE-compatible design, it can be customized with rangefinder pouches, phone/GPS pouches, bear spray holders, and bottom ammo pouches, keeping all essential gear secure and within reach during any hunt or expedition.

Constructed from 500D Cordura nylon with a silent soft-fleece lined softshell interior and a water- and dust-resistant membrane, the BINO‑X is lightweight, durable, and quiet. YKK high-strength zippers ensure smooth, reliable operation while protecting your binoculars from moisture, dust, or debris.

The quick magnetic closure system allows one-handed, silent access, while wider, ventilated shoulder straps with dual-layer foam provide outstanding comfort and stability during long treks or heavy loads.

BINO‑X features a multi-functional storage layout, including a main compartment, front phone pouch, rear mesh storage, rain cover pocket, and two elastic side pockets for small accessories. The bottom MOLLE system allows additional gear attachment. Each BINO‑X comes with a rain cover, lens cleaning cloth, and binocular hook, providing full protection for your optics in rain or harsh conditions while keeping lenses clean and clear.

Additionally, the BINO‑X can seamlessly attach to the SIATREX APEX 5000 expedition pack, forming a lightweight, integrated hunting system designed for the most demanding outdoor conditions.

Shipping Regions

• We currently ship within the United States (including the 48 contiguous states) and Canada.

• Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and remote Canadian regions may require additional transit time or incur extra shipping fees. If this applies to your order, our customer service team will contact you before shipment.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day; orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

• Transit Time: Once shipped, most orders are delivered door-to-door within 3–5 business days.

• Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier-related delays beyond our control.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with major, reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post to ensure safe and trackable deliveries.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status in real time.

• Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: All orders over $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping.

• Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $10 USD applies to orders under $100 USD.

• Additional shipping charges may apply to oversized items or deliveries to remote locations.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, SIATREX is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier and ensure a resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working to expand our shipping network and will update this policy once additional regions are supported.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be in new, unused condition, with original tags, packaging, and all accessories included.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Certain items such as final sale products, customized gear, or gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process

2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

Please do not return items without prior authorization, as this may cause delays in processing.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all related shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
